Artisan Design Group (“ADG”), a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital, LP (“DPC”) has acquired Décor Flooring, LLC (“Décor”) and Kermans Flooring, LLC (“Kermans”). Since ADG was formed in 2016, the company has completed eight acquisitions.
Located in Charleston, SC, Décor is a full service designer and installer of flooring products to single family builders and homeowners throughout North and South Carolina. Décor has four facilities across the Carolinas and employs approximately 35 people.
Located in Fishers, IN, Kermans is a full service designer and installer of flooring products to single family builders and homeowners throughout Indianapolis and Nashville metropolitan areas. Kermans has three facilities across Indiana and Tennessee and employs approximately 76 people.
