Larry co-founded Artisan Design Group in December 2016. Larry has over 40 years flooring business experience. Prior to ADG and since 1991, Larry is the CEO and President of Floors Inc. In December 2016, Floors Inc. joined ADG. Under Larry’s leadership, Floors Inc developed business processes, added design center services to support market demands, and increased efficiency in operations. Larry’s career includes significant leadership experience in the floor covering industry. He spent 10 years at World Carpets and 6 years at Flooring Services where he served as an executive in operations management. Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Arlington and currently serves on the Board of Directors of FEI Group.
Wayne co-founded Artisan Design Group in December 2016. He attended Ohio State University and Franklin University, where in his last year at school he created and operated a commercial floor covering company in Columbus, Ohio specializing in the hospitality market. As the company developed a national presence Wayne decided to move the company to centrally located Dallas, Texas and began Malibu Floors, which is licensed in 20 states. In December 2016 Malibu joined ADG. Today, Wayne continues to serve as President of Malibu. Under his leadership, Malibu has expanded their scope servicing customers throughout the United States.
As President at ADG, Doug works closely with all the business entities to drive sales by aligning synergies in business development, marketing initiatives, and lead companies’ awareness of industry trends. Recently Doug served as ADG’s Chief Commercial Officer, where he successfully implemented sales strategies that leverage ADG’s national relationships, resulting in meaningful contributions to ADG’s growth and profitability. Prior to ADG, Doug spent 15 years at Mohawk Industries in several leadership positions. Doug received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, where he also lettered on the Bulldog’s football team.
As the CFO at ADG, Dan is responsible for all financial activities for the company, including accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Dan has 28 years finance experience including 20+ years with private equity backed companies in the distribution, manufacturing, consumer goods and home industries with a wide range of companies including The Home Décor Companies, Signature Systems Group, Alpha Shirt Company and its successor Broder Bros. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from State University of New York at Geneseo, Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University and earned Certified Management Accountant “CMA” designation.
As CHRO, Nina is responsible for leading the corporate human resources team, focusing on developing and executing key talent management strategies representing the organization’s culture and values. As a member of the executive team, Nina contributes directly to the organization’s long and short-term strategic objectives while maximizing organizational effectiveness. She oversees HR programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and partners with leaders across the organization.
A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Nina has over 20 years of human resources management experience, with 11 years in leadership roles. Before joining ADG, she was the Head of HR for Americas at M+W, a global EPC organization. Earlier in her career, Nina held leadership positions in the consulting services and medical-device software development industries. She has successfully supported company acquisitions with a clear integration strategy to achieve synergies. Some of her areas of expertise include: Leading enterprise-wide HR projects, driving organizational initiatives, HR process improvement, procedure automation; talent acquisition, development, succession planning; HR compliance, and engagement programs
As Chief Operating Officer at ADG, Justin is responsible for working closely with stakeholders to establish standard operating procedures to enhance the performance of the business and to instill a culture of data-driven operations and decision-making. In partnership with the executive team, Justin will also be responsible for the management of multiple other commercial excellence initiatives including procurement, pricing, and estimating.
Justin has 15 years of expertise in driving business operational processes, systems, and best practices. Prior to ADG, Justin worked at Interior Logic Group, where was VP of Sales. Justin has also held leadership roles at McCormick Paints and HD Supply, including Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations, and Senior Operations Executive.
Prior to the operations world, Justin spent five years at General Electric in finance and emerging leadership roles. He obtained his Master’s in Business Leadership from Georgetown University and served in the US Military.
As CIO, a chief mandate is the responsibility of planning the direction and execution of enterprise strategy in support of corporate objectives.
Delano has spent over 30 years managing, developing, and mentoring IT organizations to efficiency leveraging known industry best practices. Prior to joining ADG, he was a lead executive consultant to national drywall distributor L&W Supply in Chicago and Wisconsin-based roofing distributor ABC Supply on digitally transformative initiatives. He previously served as CIO of Roofing Supply Group and XL Parts with prior stints at former mobile phone distributor CellStar, GTE (Verizon), and PwC, in the late 90s.
He holds an MS in Network Security/Information Assurance, MBA, BS in Information Systems and legacy certifications (ITIL, Six Sigma, IBM, Microsoft).
As PMO Lead, Denise works in close collaboration with ADG’s executive team and multiple project teams, leading and setting direction for the PMO that results in strong execution and value delivery of company-wide initiatives and integration of new acquisitions. Denise has over 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to ADG, Denise was a manager in Deloitte Consulting’s M&A service line, leading project teams on Day 1 readiness planning and execution and post-merger integrations. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines and her MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
As the Vice President of M&A, Chamila is responsible for the execution of mergers and acquisitions, which is core to ADG’s growth story. Chamila joined ADG after upon ~10-years in Investment Banking across Baird, PwC, and J.P. Morgan, where he executed +$25bn of M&A transactions and a further +$30bn of equity and debt capital raising transactions for both private-equity backed, and public companies. Prior to his career in Investment Banking, Chamila spent eight years with Maxim Integrated Products focused on SemiConductor design and development. Chamila earned his MBA (Hons) from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
